Mit der Integration von Cardano (ADA) und Internet Computer (ICP) werden zwei weitere relevante Blockchain-Ökosysteme direkt in DFX eingebunden.

Für dich bedeutet das vor allem: mehr Auswahl an Kryptowährungen, ohne zusätzliche Komplexität.

Cardano Integration

Mit der Integration von Cardano wird ADA Teil der bestehenden DFX Infrastruktur. Das bedeutet, dass du ADA nun wie gewohnt direkt mit CHF oder EUR über DFX kaufen kannst und es nahtlos in den bestehenden Fiat zu Krypto Prozess eingebunden ist.

Gleichzeitig wird Cardano damit auch im Alltag nutzbar. ADA kann jetzt in den bereits angebundenen SPAR Märkten in der Schweiz als Zahlungsmittel eingesetzt werden. Die Zahlung erfolgt wie gewohnt über Open CryptoPay direkt aus deiner eigenen Wallet.

ICP Integration

Mit der Partnerschaft zwischen DFX und der DFINITY Foundation wird das Internet Computer Ökosystem direkt in die DFX Infrastruktur integriert. Ab sofort kannst du ICP und ckBTC bequem über DFX kaufen und verkaufen.

Für Schweizer Kunden erfolgt der Zugang wie gewohnt über persönliche virtuelle IBANs. Einzahlungen werden dadurch effizient verarbeitet und die Assets stehen innerhalb weniger Minuten im eigenen Wallet zur Verfügung.

Beide Assets sind in Open CryptoPay integriert und können somit auch in den angebundenen SPAR Märkten als Zahlungsmittel verwendet werden.

So entsteht ein durchgängiger Ablauf vom Bankkonto bis zur tatsächlichen Nutzung von ICP und ckBTC im Alltag.

Neue Partner

Auch das Partnernetzwerk entwickelt sich weiter. Unsere neuen Partner von urble zeigen, wie praktische Krypto Nutzung im Alltag aussehen kann. Nutzer können ADA für andere Personen ansparen, etwa für Kinder, Partner oder Patenkinder. Außerdem ist es auch möglich, mit urble im SPAR zu zahlen. So wird regulierte Infrastruktur mit konkreter Alltagstauglichkeit verbunden.

Auch Pecunity ist jetzt an die DFX Infrastruktur angebunden. Als DeFi Plattform des regulierten deutschen Unternehmens 3Blocks bietet Pecunity einfachen Zugang zu automatisierten Anlagestrategien und verbindet klassische Finanzzugänge mit modernen DeFi Anwendungen.

Zugang zu neuen Assets

DFX baut den Zugang zu weiteren Ökosystemen kontinuierlich aus. Dazu gehören seit diesem Quartal auch Assets aus dem Citrea Netzwerk, einer Layer 2 Lösung für Bitcoin, welche es erstmals möglich macht, EVM Code auf einer Bitcoin-Infrastruktur zu nutzen. Mit cBTC, JUSD, ctUSD und JUICE ermöglichen wir es, einfach und schnell im Citrea Netzwerk Erfahrungen zu sammeln. 

Der Ablauf bleibt wie gewohnt einfach. Eine Banküberweisung genügt und die Assets sind innerhalb kurzer Zeit direkt in deiner eigenen Wallet.

DFX expands its ecosystem with Cardano and ICP

New assets, stronger infrastructure and growing real world adoption

DFX continues to develop its ecosystem in a focused and consistent way. Building on an established infrastructure and a functioning network, we are expanding the range of supported assets. With the integration of Cardano (ADA) and Internet Computer (ICP), two additional blockchain ecosystems are now directly integrated into DFX.

For you, this means more choice in cryptocurrencies without added complexity

Cardano Integration

With the integration of Cardano, ADA becomes part of the existing DFX infrastructure. This means you can now buy ADA directly with CHF or EUR through DFX, seamlessly integrated into the existing fiat to crypto process.

At the same time, Cardano becomes usable in everyday situations. ADA can now be used as a payment method in the already connected SPAR stores across Switzerland. Payments are processed as usual through Open CryptoPay directly from your own wallet.

ICP Integration

Through the partnership between DFX and the DFINITY Foundation, the Internet Computer ecosystem is now integrated into the DFX infrastructure. You can now easily buy and sell ICP and ckBTC through DFX.

For Swiss customers, access is provided as usual through personal virtual IBANs. Deposits are processed efficiently and the assets are available in your wallet within minutes.

Both assets are integrated into Open CryptoPay and can also be used as a payment method in the connected SPAR stores.

This creates a seamless flow from your bank account to the actual use of ICP and ckBTC in everyday life.

New Partners

The partner network continues to grow. With urble, Brick Towers shows what practical crypto usage can look like in everyday life. Users can save ADA for others, such as children, partners or godchildren, and also use it for payments at SPAR. This combines regulated infrastructure with real world usability.

Pecunity is now also integrated into the DFX infrastructure. As a DeFi platform developed by the regulated German company 3Blocks, Pecunity provides easy access to automated investment strategies and connects traditional financial access with modern DeFi applications.

Access to New Assets

DFX continues to expand access to additional ecosystems. Since this quarter, this also includes assets from the Citrea network, a Layer 2 solution for Bitcoin that makes it possible to run EVM based applications on Bitcoin infrastructure for the first time. With cBTC, JUSD, ctUSD and JUICE, we make it easy to explore the Citrea ecosystem.

The process remains simple. A bank transfer is enough and the assets will arrive in your wallet within a short time.

Growth and Market Development

With an annual transaction volume of over CHF 100 million, DFX has reached an important milestone. This development reflects the growing demand for solutions that combine regulated frameworks with non custodial approaches.

In particular, the direct integration of fiat access, such as through virtual IBANs, plays a key role in making digital assets more practical for everyday use and easier to access.
